These guidelines define permitted and prohibited content and activities on MyTipMe, ensuring compliance with platform policy, global financial regulations, and payment processor rules. Violations may lead to immediate action, including account suspension or removal.
Permitted Use of MyTipMe
MyTipMe is a voluntary tipping platform where creators can receive tips from supporters as expressions of appreciation.
✅ Permitted Activities
- Receiving voluntary, non-transactional tips
- Using a compliant profile image
- Linking to approved social platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Kick)
Not Permitted
- Selling or providing perks, content, access, or subscriptions in exchange for tips
- Advertising tipping as a form of payment for content
- Adult content—including nudity, pornography, or any sexually explicit material—is strictly prohibited. All images are scanned via AWS Rekognition; violations result in immediate suspension, profile removal, and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
We do not tolerate:
- Hate speech, harassment, or violent threats
- Discrimination (race, gender, sexuality, religion, or background)
- Promotion of weapons, illegal substances, gambling, scams, or financial fraud
- Links to adult content platforms or NSFW media
- Misrepresenting tipping as a transaction or purchase
These rules apply to:
- Profile photos, usernames, and bios
- External URLs and bio links
Violations may cause:
- Immediate suspension or permanent ban
- Removal of visibility or search access
- Forfeiture of all pending payouts
Reporting Violations
To report suspicious or inappropriate activity, use the “Report User” feature on profiles.
