Terms of Service
Welcome to MyTipMe, a voluntary tipping platform where fans can financially support verified creators. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Creator,” or “you”) and MyTipMe Ltd (“MyTipMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MyTipMe.
Platform Overview
• MyTipMe facilitates voluntary, one-time tips from fans to verified creators.
• Tips are not payments for goods, services, content, or digital access.
• MyTipMe is not a content-hosting platform and does not manage or distribute content.
• All tips are final and non-refundable.
• Creators receive 100% of the tip amount.
• Fans pay a 20% platform service fee at checkout, calculated on top of the tip amount.
Eligibility and Access
General Users (Fans)
• You must be at least 18 years old to use MyTipMe.
• Fans are not required to create an account to tip.
Creator Access – KYC Required
To register as a creator, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete and pass full KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification before account creation
• Submit valid government-issued ID and biometric verification
• Reside in a supported jurisdiction
Creators who fail verification are not permitted to register, appear on the platform, receive tips, or access any creator tools. No exceptions.
Creator Platform Agreement
Independent Status
Creators are independent users. MyTipMe is not your agent, employer, manager, or content distributor.
Upload and Profile Restrictions
Creators may upload a profile picture and banner. These must:
• Contain no nudity or sexually explicit content
• Pass AI moderation before appearing on the platform
• Not promote illegal activity, impersonation, or deceptive behavior
Accounts that upload prohibited images will be suspended or banned.
Linking Policy
You may only link to the following approved social platforms:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• X (formerly Twitter)
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Twitch
• Kick
You may not link to:
• OnlyFans, Fansly, or any adult content site
• Personal domains containing adult content or services
• NSFW blogs or media platforms outside the approved list
Violation of this policy may result in immediate and permanent account termination.
Tip Earnings and Fan Fees
• Creators receive 100% of the tip amount.
• Fans pay a 20% platform service fee at checkout. This fee supports platform operations, fraud protection, moderation, and compliance.
• Payouts are processed through third-party payment providers after KYC approval.
• Creators are responsible for keeping their payout information current and accurate.
Adult Compliance and 2257 Statement
MyTipMe does not host or publish adult content and is not classified as a primary or secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. 75.
However, MyTipMe voluntarily enforces 2257-style safeguards:
• KYC and age verification for all creators
• AI moderation of profile and header images
• Platform-wide bans on explicit content and adult linking
• Prohibited external content references in profiles
Creators who promote or link to external adult content remain solely responsible for legal compliance.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
• Upload nudity or explicit content of any kind
• Link to external adult websites
• Sell content, services, or physical goods
• Evade platform moderation or verification
• Use false identity or fraudulent documents
• Harass, abuse, or exploit others
• Use the platform for illegal or deceptive activity
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
Suspension and Termination
MyTipMe may suspend or terminate your access if you:
• Fail KYC/AML verification
• Violate content or link policies
• Submit fraudulent information
• Attempt to bypass moderation or policy enforcement
• Breach any term of this agreement
Payouts may be held pending investigation in the event of suspected fraud.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
• Tips are processed by verified third-party payment providers.
• MyTipMe does not store or access your banking or card data.
• A 20% service fee is added for fans during checkout — creators always keep 100% of their tip.
• All tips are final and non-refundable.
• Chargebacks or disputes may result in payout holds or account restrictions.
When do creators receive their payouts?
For security and fraud prevention, first payouts for all new creators will be processed within the first 14 days of account approval and tip activity. After the initial payment, all future payouts will be processed within 3 business days of the creator’s payout request.
To request a payout:
• Go to Account Settings > Payouts
• Enter the desired payout amount (minimum $20)
• Select your connected payout method
• Click Request Payout
Please note:
Payout processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and account verification status.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• MyTipMe is not liable for external content, fan behavior, or payment provider issues.
• MyTipMe does not guarantee creator earnings, traffic, or platform uptime.
• We disclaim responsibility for loss of income, business, or reputation due to platform actions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTipMe Ltd, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:
• Your use of the platform
• Your uploaded content or links
• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any legal disputes must be filed in courts located within England and Wales.
Complaints and Appeals
You may appeal account or moderation actions by contacting support@mytipme.com.
All complaints and appeals are reviewed in good faith. Abusive or repeat submissions may be ignored.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be posted on the platform or sent via email. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
