This Refund & Chargeback Policy explains how payments are handled on MyTipMe. By using the platform, all users agree to this policy in full.

 

Voluntary Payments & Non-Refundable Policy

    •    All payments made on MyTipMe are voluntary tips sent by fans to support creators.

    •    Payments are not purchases of goods, services, or content.

    •    All payments are final and non-refundable by default.

    •    Fans understand that tipping is entirely voluntary and does not entitle them to any product, service, or exclusive benefit.

 

Discretionary Refunds

 

While payments are final by default, MyTipMe may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

    •    Duplicate transactions

    •    Accidental payments of large amounts

    •    Confirmed fraudulent activity

 

Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

Refund approval is not guaranteed and is assessed case-by-case.

Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

 

MyTipMe investigates and responds to all chargeback claims submitted by fans to their payment provider.

 

If a chargeback is upheld by the payment provider:

    •    The disputed amount may be deducted from MyTipMe’s platform funds.

    •    Creators will not have their payouts affected by fan-initiated chargebacks.

 

Important:

Repeated chargebacks, suspicious payment patterns, or abuse of the platform may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

 

MyTipMe does not control the outcome of chargeback decisions; these are determined by banks and payment providers.

 

Unauthorized Transactions

 

If a fan believes a payment was made without their authorization:

    •    They must contact their payment provider immediately.

    •    MyTipMe does not process direct refunds for unauthorized transactions but will cooperate fully with payment providers and authorities.

 

Fraud Prevention & Platform Protection

 

To protect creators and fans, MyTipMe uses advanced fraud prevention systems:

    •    Real-time transaction monitoring

    •    Manual reviews of suspicious payments

    •    Holds on payouts during active fraud investigations

 

Accounts engaged in fraud, abusive tipping behavior, or chargeback abuse may be suspended or permanently removed.

 

Currency & Payment Notice

    •    All payments and payouts on MyTipMe are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

    •    Currency conversion rates and fees may apply based on the user’s financial provider.

    •    MyTipMe is not responsible for foreign exchange fees or bank processing times.

 

Policy Updates

 

This policy may be updated periodically for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Users will be notified of material updates.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
