Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

    •    Hate speech, violent or threatening material
    •    Illegal activity or promotion of drugs
    •    Gambling, scams, impersonation, or fraud
    •    Weapons, ammunition, or explosives

Content found to violate these rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent account removal.

 

 

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

 

All payments are:
    •    Encrypted and securely processed
    •    Monitored in real-time for fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized access
    •    Held or delayed if fraud or suspicious behavior is detected

 

We may:
    •    Suspend accounts under investigation
    •    Withhold or reverse payouts for confirmed fraud
    •    Permanently ban creators engaged in high-risk or deceptive behavior

 

 

Identity Verification & KYC Compliance

 

To appear on the platform and receive tips, all creators must:
    •    Complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification
    •    Provide valid government-issued ID and facial recognition
    •    Pass identity checks through our trusted verification provider

Creators who fail verification cannot create a profile, appear on the platform, or receive payouts.

 

 

Chargebacks & Refunds


    •    All tips are voluntary, final, and non-refundable
    •    Tips are not payments for goods, services, or content
    •    We actively dispute chargebacks with evidence when they occur
    •    Disputed amounts may be deducted from future creator payouts

Account Protection & Abuse Prevention

 

Users must:
    •    Keep login credentials private
    •    Report unauthorized access immediately

 

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that:
    •    Violate our Terms of Service
    •    Attempt to bypass moderation
    •    Engage in fraud, impersonation, or chargeback abuse

Creators can delete their account and request full data removal through Account Settings.

 

 

Financial Regulation & Compliance

 

MyTipMe adheres to global financial regulations:

    •    All payouts and transactions are screened for KYC/AML compliance
    •    Suspicious accounts or transactions may be reported to relevant financial authorities
    •    We enforce strict platform rules to comply with high-risk payment provider standards

 

 

Currency of Transactions


    •    All tips and payouts are processed in USD
    •    If your payout account is in another currency, conversion fees and rates may apply (charged by your bank or provider)
